Brendan Gleason is 60!
Today the talented actor and true Irishman Brendan Gleeson is celebrating his 60th birthday.He was born on March 29, 1955 in Dublin. Gleason 's acting career began in Great Britain, at the Royal Shakespeare Theater. Then Gleason returned to his homeland and taught English and drama for ten years at a school in Dublin. The film debut of Gleason took place in the film "Field" (1990). Then he played small roles in Hollywood films that were filmed in Ireland ("Far Country", "West").  In 1991, the actor appeared in the form of the Irish historical figure Michael Collins in a film called The Treaty. Brendan can also be seen in the epic "Braveheart" (1995) with Mel Gibson. Despite the fact that the main character of the tape is a Scotsman, the shooting was carried out for the most part in Ireland. In addition, Brendan Gleason has starred in such films as Mission Impossible 2 (2000), Lake Placid: Lake of Fear (1999) and Turbulence (1997).
