According to the information portal Deadline , two more graphic novels by Millar will go to the screens.

Waypoint Entertainment has acquired the adaptation rights for American Jesus ( American Jesus ) and Supercrooks ( "Supervors" ). New projects will be produced by Ken Kao, Dan Kao, Russell Ackerman and John Schoenfelder.

American Jesus tells the story of a 12-year-old boy who suddenly realizes that he is the second Jesus to come to earth. He can turn water into wine, walk on water, and possibly raise the dead. Super Thieves is a comic book about eight supervillains who have already retired, but are ready to return to their path to rob the most dangerous crime boss in the world.
