Are John Wick's directors invited to the DC Universe?
Latino Review shares rumors that Warner Bros. has invited Chad Stahelski and David Leitch to take the director's chair one of the films of the DC cinematic universe.The blockbuster Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is expected to feature Justice League members such as Wonder Woman , The Flash , Cyborgand Aquaman . WB plans to devote a solo film to each of these characters in the future. Michelle McLaren has already been nominated to direct Wonder Woman, and the Flash is rumored to be headed by Chris Miller and Phil Lord. Insiders speculate that Stahelski and Litch have been asked to film “ Aquaman ”. In favor of this theory is the fact that the directors are friends with Jason Momoa, who got the role of the titular superhero last year.  Stahelski and Leitch began their careers in Hollywood as stunt and stunt coordinators. They acted as co-directors for films such as The Hunger Games, Sherlock Holmes: A Play of Shadows and Escape Plan. Their full-fledged debut in big movies was the action movie "John Wick". The film received rave reviews from critics and earned $ 78 million worldwide on a budget of $ 20 million . Chad and David plan to work on a sequel to " John Wick ", and earlier this year it became known that they are also applying for the director's chair the adaptation of the Cowboy Ninja Viking comic.
