Robert Pattinson will join the robbers
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter , Robert Pattinson has been cast in the lead role in the crime-fighter Good Time , which will be directed by Joshua and Ben Safdie ("Go For Rosemary ").In the center of the new film will be a bank robber named Connie , who is trying to evade the police who sat on his tail. The script was written by Josh Safdie and Ronald Bronstein, with Sebastian Bear-McClard taking over the production. The trio, along with Benny Safdie , have already collaborated on the drama God Knows What. After filming the Twilight franchise, Pattinson turned his attention to independent filmmaking. He has worked with such venerable directors as David Michaud ("Rover"), David Cronenberg ("Cosmopolis", "Star Map") and Werner Herzog ("Queen of the Desert"). And soon the performance of Robert will be able to be appreciated in the films "Leader's Childhood" and "The Lost City of Z".
