Will JJ Abrams expand the Monstro brand?
Tomorrow in USA cinemas will open the horror film "Cloverfield, 10", which JJ Abrams calls the"spiritual sequel"of the film "Monstro". According to the portal Variety , David Oyelovo and Gugu Mbata-Row will play the main roles in the new project, which will be produced by the same Abrams . The project was named God Particle ( "Particle of God" *), and journalists are already talking that the future tape will become another film in the universe "Monstro" .The sci-fi thriller was originally developed under the InSurge banner of Paramount .The film is set in the not too distant future, with a team of astronauts at the center of the action. In the next mission, they make some terrifying discovery that can shake their usual perception of reality, which forces them to fight for survival. Julius Ona (A Girl in Trouble) will take the director's chair of the project, and the film is produced by Abrams and Brian Burke. The idea that the new film will add to the universe of "Monstro" , the journalists were prompted by the statement of Abrams himself that he already had ideas on how to bring all the stories together.  David Oyelovo impressed critics with his performance in the drama "Selma", and now the actor is busy filming the movie American Express ( "American Express" *). Gugu Mbata Row is best known for her films Belle and Behind the Scenes. In addition, she has already worked with Abrams - on the set of the series "Family Secrets" ( Undercovers ).
