Image The Hollywood Reporter has announced that Emily Ratajkowski and Spencer Boldman will star in Robert D. Siegel's film Cruise.

The action tape will unfold in 1987. Gio Marchetti comes from an Italian-American family. At his age, the guy dreams only of cool cars and beautiful girls. But everything changes the moment Gio meets Jessica , a Jewish girl from Long Island who wanders into his poor neighborhood on the outskirts of the city in search of thrills.The painting is a glimpse into the youth culture of the late 1980s, when fast cars, Motorola pagers and parties until the morning were all the rage.

Siegel wrote the film himself and will be produced by Alex Garcia, Laura Walker, Holly Brown and Scott LaState.

The actress will play Lady Bird Johnson - the wife of the 36th President of the United States Lyndon Johnson (Woody Harrelson). She was next to her husband when he took the oath on board the presidential plane, and witnessed all the ups and downs of Johnson's political career. Bill Pullman, Richard Jenkins and Michael Stahl-David will also take part in the filming of the project.
