Jason Statham will work on TV
In late 2013, Jason State acquired the rights to the sequel to the crime drama Layer Pie, in which he was to replace Daniel Craig as the lead actor.A few months ago, Jason announced that Viva La Madness is ready to get off the ground. As it became known to journalists Movieweb , the creators of the film adaptation of the novel of the same name by J.J. Connolly abandoned the idea of making a full-length film and decided to transfer the heroes of the book to small screens. It has not yet been announced whether we are talking about a mini-series or a multi-part project. Viva La Madness is expected to unfold ten years after the events of Puff Pie . State will appear on the screen as an unnamed hero, who returns to his native land and begins his ascent up the criminal ladder of London.  The script will be written by Connolly and State will act as producer with his manager Steve Chasman. Gaumont International Television , which is currently preparing to submit the project to the heads of TV channels and online services, will take part in the work on the series.
