Gugu Mbata-Row is in talks to join Jessica Chastain on the set of Miss Sloane , The Hollywood Reporter writes. The studio is working on the project FilmNation and EuropaCorp .The film will be directed by John Madden (Shakespeare in Love), and the cast includes Michael Stoolbarg and Alison Pill. The script was written by Jonathan Perera. The film will focus on Elizabeth Sloan - a middleman with a dark past who is taking on a group of politicians for the subsequent passage of a law that complicates the circulation of weapons. The story begins at a time when a bill enters Congress that puts gun owners in a tight box. The task of Sloane is to carry out a campaign supporting the project, and soon the girl has to face strong political opponents. Elizabeth is ready to do anything to win, even if it puts her family and her career in jeopardy.  Mbata Row in the new film will play a lobbyist who has her own unsightly secret. The actress is familiar to viewers from the dramas "Belle" and "Behind the Scenes", and this year she can be seen alongside Matthew McConaughey in the film "Free State of Jones".
