Casting: Model Agency Director and Ghost Assistant
Milo Ventimiglia ("Heroes" / Heroes ) and Amanda Schull ("Twelve Monkeys" / 12 Monkeys ) signed up to take part in the filming of the new thriller Devil's Gate , which will start this month. Reported by The Hollywood Reporter .The film will be the directorial debut for Clay Staub, who also wrote the script for the project in collaboration with Peter Eperlo. The production functions are assigned to Scott Mednick, Andre Roulet, Ian Dimerman and Brandon Sawacki. The thriller is set in a small American town. An FBI agent ( Shull ) comes here to investigate the disappearance of the wife and son of a local rancher ( Ventimiglia ). The film stars Sean Ashmore ("Doomsday"), who got the role of a deputy sheriff forced to cooperate with the FBI. Jonathan Frakes (Star Trek: Retribution) will play his boss, and Bridget Regan (Shelter) will portray his missing wife.  In addition to the upcoming thriller, Milo Ventimiglia has plans to work on the crime drama Path of Redemption, and Amanda Schull is currently involved in the filming of the movie I Am Wrath with John Travolta.  Alessandro Nivola will play one of the main roles in Nicholas Winding Refn's film The Neon Demon . In the world of fashion, beauty and death, the actor will appear as the director of a modeling agency, for whom the heroine El Faning will become a muse. The project will mark the reunion of Nivola with Faning and Christina Hendrix, who previously worked on the drama Bomb. Also in the track record of Alessandro you can find the films "Selma", "The Cruellest Year" and "American Scam", and soon he will shoot in the drama Facing the Wind.  Diego Clattenhoff ( The Blacklist ) will star in the indie horror film Lavender , which will be directed by Ed Gass-Donnelly. In the center of the plot is a girl forced to return to her childhood home in order to remember how her family was brutally killed here. Only she herself managed to survive that ill-fated day. Klattenhoff will play the father of the family, whose ghost will help the girl to recall the details of the death of her family.
