Marvel plans to expand its universe
According to the MCU Exchange portal, Marvel Court Lane Vice President of Animation has announced to the visitors of the Emerald City Comicon that the studio is working on cartoon projects that can complement the cinematic universe.Marvel is currently working on the Avengers team animation show. ( Marvel's Avengers Assemble ) and The Great Spider-Man ( Ultimate Spider-Man ), which are not related to the cinematic universe. Both projects have not yet received renewals for new seasons from the management of the Disney XD channel. Reportedly, Marvel is poised to consider creating a new animated series to complement Phase Three .  Full-length animated films can also provide a connection with the MCU. Marvel already has a history of directing cartoons on video, but they have not previously won the critical acclaim that similar projects with DC Comics do. Insiders report that the studio can also make its famous short films animated. The last one, Long Live the King, was released last February.
