Two weeks are left before the Oscar ceremony, but while the British Academy of Film and Television Arts gave another reason for discussion to journalists and analysts - the BAFTA was handed out at the Royal Albert Hall of Arts and Sciences in London. This year's event was hosted by Joanna Lumley, who succeeded Stephen Fry. Top contenders for the awards were Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri and The Shape of Water. The drama of Martin McDonagh won a landslide victory over a competitor, winning five awards at once, while Guillermo del Toro's team was content with only three. Unfortunately, the USA film "Dislike" lost the victory in the category "Best Foreign Language Film", but it still has a chance to compete for the "Oscar".
