David Benioff and Daniel Brett Weiss, creators of the cult fantasy series Game of Thrones, responded to an invitation to work for the benefit of the space saga.  The talented writing duo will be developing several spin-offs that will not be associated with either the original film series or Johnson's trilogy. “In the summer of 1977, we traveled to a galaxy far, far away, and since then we have never stopped dreaming of the opportunity to have a hand in creating this amazing world, Benioff and Weiss said in a joint statement. -We will be honored to work on new pictures of the Star Wars universe. According to David and Daniel, they will begin work on the space saga immediately after filming the final season of "Game of Thrones". The details of the plot of their films are kept secret, but rumors have already appeared on the Internet that the tapes may be based on the famous game series Knights of the Old Republic.  The good news for the audience does not end there. Soon, Walt Disney's empire expects to launch its own online service to compete with streaming giants Amazon, Hulu and Netflix.
