![]() The streaming platform has announced that Netflix, in partnership with the Roald Dahl Story Company, will turn the famous author's work into animated series. According to a press release, the online service intends to gather a team of the best animators and screenwriters to bring Dahl's works to life in a serial format for viewers of all ages. The list of Roald Dahl books that will get a chance from Netflix is quite extensive. It includes "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", "Matilda", "BDV, or the big and kind giant", "The Tweet Family", "The George Marvelus Treatment", "The Huge Crocodile" and many others. However, this list does not include such famous works as "The Witches", "James and the Giant Peach" and "The Marvelous Mr. Fox."
