Noomi Rapace will become a Mossad agent
Noomi Rapace ("The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo") will play Israeli intelligence agent Sylvia Raphael in the new film directed by Vicky Juison ("Close"). The screenplay will be written by Rupert Whitaker based on the real events described in the book "Sylvia Raphael: The Life and Death of a Mossad Agent" a former Israeli intelligence agent and teacher of the heroine.Sylvia Raphael was born in South Africa and was raised to serve in the Mossad. The scout proved herself in the capture of Ali Hassan Salame, the leader of the Palestinian organization Black September, responsible for the murder of 11 Israeli athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympics.
