Dan Aykroyd hints at the third part of Ghostbusters
Trikvel "Ghostbusters" once again tries to rise from the dead. As reported by MovieWeb, the performer of the role of Raymond Stantz Dan Aykroyd said that the likelihood of a reunion of former paranormal researchers still exists.The project has been in the early stages of development for over twenty years and has been postponed several times due to Bill Murray's reluctance to join the cast of the film. Hopes for the production of a triquel were finally lost when the actor who embodied the image of one of the hunters, Egon Spengler, and screenwriter of previous films, Harold Ramis, passed away. However, during an interview recently, Aykroyd said, “Perhaps the three remaining ghostbusters will return to the screens. The script is working now ... I think Billy will be with us. The story is very good. Even considering that he will play a ghost”. According to rumors, the events of the film will unfold around Oscar, Dana's child (Sigourney Weaver) and Peter Venkman (Murray). He takes over the business of his adoptive father after Murray's character dies in the first scene.  The original Ghostbusters became a pop cultural phenomenon and a box office hit thanks in large part to the chemistry between the three main characters. The sequel was no longer as popular as the first film, but it still racked up a good box office at the box office. The reboot of the franchise with female characters from director Paul Fig received negative reviews from both critics and fans, and the poor box office most likely put an end to plans to continue the restart of "Hunters".
