Prince of Thieves
Recently, more and more channels and online services delight viewers with fantasy-themed projects. The television department of the Hollywood studio Annapurna Pictures decided to support its colleagues in the workshop, which bought the rights to film adaptation of Jenn Lyons' novel "Ruins of Kings".The book is set in a world where dragons, witches, demons, zombies and other mythical creatures exist. The protagonist of the fairy tale is a young thief named Hirin, brought up on fascinating stories about the lost princes. One day the young man learns that his real father is the heir to the throne of the kingdom of Kuur. Soon Hirin has to realize that the stories of the bastards end with a happy ending exclusively in legends and traditions ... The work went to press last week and has already received a lot of flattering reviews in the press. The success of Ruins of Kings prompted Lyons to create a five-novel book cycle called The Dragon Chorus.  Jenn became a fan of the fantasy genre through her work in the field of illustrating literature. It is possible that the idea to come up with her own fictional universe was also given to her by cooperation with Electronic Arts Corporation in the creation of a computer game based on the "Lord of the Rings".
