Paramount will release a deadly virus
Five years ago, Paramount Pictures staged a massive zombie apocalypse in a costly film adaptation of Max Brooks' bestselling World War Z. The leaders of the major decided it was time to plunge America into chaos again. As it became known to Collider, Paramount bosses snatched the rights to film adaptation of David Kepp's book Cold Storage from the hands of Hollywood rivals.The details of the plot of the famous screenwriter's debut novel are still kept secret. At the moment, it is only known that it will focus on some kind of virus stored in a secret government laboratory. There is no doubt that according to all the laws of the genre, even in the very first chapters of the book, a deadly infectious agent will break out ... The novel is expected to be published next year. According to Hollywood insiders, Paramount management plans to entrust its adaptation to the author himself.  David Kepp is one of the ten highest grossing screenwriters in Hollywood. His filmography includes such blockbusters as Jurassic Park, Mission: Impossible, Spider-Man and War of the Worlds.
