Will Disney have a new nightmare before Christmas?

According to insiders, it may be about creating a game remake of the 1993 cartoon, or about trying to film a direct continuation of the story about the inhabitants of the townships of Halloween and Christmas. The plot of The Nightmare Before Christmas is based on the eponymous poem by Tim Burton. The legendary Hollywood dreamer wanted to film his work on his own, but his plans were prevented by the work on the film comic "Batman Returns". As a result, Burton limited himself to the posts of screenwriter and producer of "Nightmare", and Henry Selick took up the production of the cartoon. Although the film was shot with the full support of Disney's animation departments, the studio ultimately found the project too dark and released it on behalf of its subsidiary Touchstone Pictures.
