Die Hard 6 with Horror Masters
In 2013, Die Hard: A Good Day to Die received a flurry of criticism from hard critics and loyal fans of the franchise about the adventures of cop John McClane, but still managed to recoup its $ 92 million budget more than three times. Unsurprisingly, 20th Century Fox's management immediately thought about creating the sixth installment of the film series.The tentatively titled Die Hard: Year One was announced in fall 2015. For two and a half years, not a word was heard about him, until at the end of February Bruce Willis announced on one of America's evening talk shows that he would soon have a chance to evaluate the action movie script. Apparently, the current version of the text did not make much of an impression on the main star of the franchise. As it became known to the publication The Tracking Board, the Fox management decided to transfer the script "Die Hard 6" in the hands of twin brothers Carey and Chad Hayes, famous for their work on such horror films as "House of Wax", "The Harvest" and "The Conjuring".  Earlier, there were rumors that the action of the film will unfold in two time periods at once. One storyline will take place several years before the events of the first part of the film series, and the second - in our days. Hollywood insiders are still at a loss to say whether the Hayes brothers have been instructed to completely rewrite the action movie script, or whether it is only about making small edits to the current version of the text.
