Boba Fett came to life
Boba Fett's solo album was actively discussed five years ago. At one time, Josh Trunk was listed as the director of the Star Wars spin-off about the famous bounty hunter, and Lucasfilm was even going to present the first promo video for the film at the Star Wars Celebration in 2015. However, after all the problems that Trunk's Fantastic Four had to face, the company's management decided to break off relations with the director.Since then, rumors about Fett's solo album have appeared in the press every now and then, but no official information on this matter has been reported. And although a year ago, journalists wooed the creator of "Mr. Robot" Sam Esmail to the post of director, The Hollywood Reporter reports that James Mangold will return the bounty hunter to the big screens. The source writes that the filmmaker will not only lead the filming of the future spin-off, but will also write the script for it, according to rumors, together with Simon Kinberg. Other details of the project were not disclosed. It is not even known in what period of time the events of the picture will unfold. Moreover, Lucasfilm and Disney have not yet officially announced which hero's solo album will be the third in a series of spin-offs, and Obi-Wan Kenobi is claiming this place along with Boba Fett.  The world of bounty hunters is the best fit for James Mangold - a director who knows how to combine several genres in one project, be it the drama "Cops", the cowboy adventures in "Train to Yuma" or the films of the X-Men universe.
