The shooting of Terry Gilliam's movie The Man Who Killed Don Quixote again postponed indefinitely. As the director himself told Variety, he was unable to obtain funding for the project.

“The investors we were counting on withdrew about a month ago. I shouldn't have been here at all, I should have been movieing Don Quixote, Gilliam complained.

The director hopes that in the near future he will still be able to find the funds for movieing. According to Gilliam, he `` does not believe in Don Quixote's curse. ''

He added that co-stars Evan McGregor and Robert Duvall are still on the project.

Recall that Gilliam was planning to shoot this movie back in 2000, but then, as a result of a severe flood, most of the scenery was destroyed, and the insurance company became the owner of the script of the picture. Later, Gilliam managed to buy it out, but the project lost one of the main roles, Johnny Depp.
