Keanu Reeves will star in the sci-fi movie Passengers, directed by the creator of Seven Lives Gabriele Muccino. According to Variety, the plot of this low-budget drama will revolve around a passenger on a starship who suddenly wakes from cryogenic sleep 90 years before the end of the flight. Unable to plunge into suspended animation again and realizing that 90 years alone is not the best fate, the hero wakes up one of the passengers. The movie will be movieed under the Morgan Creek studio label. It is not specified yet when the picture will be released.
