The first frame from the movie "Universal Soldier 3: A New Beginning", which is being movieed in Bulgaria, has leaked to the Internet. Old opponents - Luc Devreau and Andrew Scott - are back in business. They will have to fight the terrorist Basayev, who seized the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and threatens to blow it up. It is not yet known whether the picture will be released for rent or straight to DVD. The movie is directed by John Himes.
