Bill Paxton to movie the sequel to The Whirlwind in 3D
The Star of the Movie Tornado Bill Paxton intends to shoot a sequel to the movie, using all the modern possibilities of stereoscopic cinema. The actor himself stated this in an interview with the Bullz-Eye resource. Paxton said the idea for a new tornado-themed movie came to him after he visited the places where the most destructive tornado in US history raged in 1925, called the Three States. Then a tornado almost a mile wide passed through the states of Missouri, Illinois and Indiana, razed several cities to the ground and killed 700 people. This story is likely to form the basis of the future sequel. Paxton also said that he had already proposed the idea to producer Kathleen Kennedy.
