George Clooney turns 50
On May 6, 2011, George Clooney, one of the most famous Hollywood actors, directors and producers of the late 20th and early 21st centuries, celebrated his 50th birthday. His debut on television took place back in 1978, however, the actor became famous only after the 1994 series Ambulance, in which he played Dr. Douglas Ross, was released. In 1996, starring in the movie From Dusk Till Dawn, Clooney took the first step towards conquering big cinema and world fame.
