Martin Scorsese to direct the Snowman thriller
One of the next projects of Martin Scorsese will be the adaptation of the best-selling Norwegian writer Yu Nesbo's The Snowman. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter. The novel is part of a series of works dedicated to detective Harry Hole. According to the plot, he investigates a series of brutal murders committed by a maniac nicknamed the Snowman. The killer goes hunting whenever the first snow falls in Oslo. His victims are married women from respectable families. The shooting of the movie will be financed by the British studio Working Title Films.
