Dwayne Scala Johnson to star in Journey to the Center of the Earth sequel
Dwayne " The Rock " Johnson will join Josh Hutcherson in the sequel to Journey to the Center of the Earth. This is reported by the Heat Vision resource. In a sequel titled Journey 2: The Mysterious Island Johnson will play a friend of the mother of the hero Hutcherson, who goes with him in search of his grandfather, who disappeared on an island inhabited by terrible monsters. Brendan Fraser, who played in the first movie, will not appear in the sequel. Filming will begin in October 2010 with Brad Peyton in the director's chair.
