Tom Hardy to star in a Western with Leonardo DiCaprio
Tom Hardy will join Leonardo DiCaprio in The Returner, a western based on the novel by Michael Punke. It is reported by the Variety edition. The action takes place in the first half of the 19th century. DiCaprio will play a fur hunter who is badly wounded in a fight with a bear, and then robbed and left to die in the forest. However, he manages to survive and he takes the path of revenge on those who betrayed him. Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu is appointed the director.
