US Producers Guild Announces Nominees (TV Series)
The US Producers Guild has announced the nominees for its 2014 Excellence in Television Award. The Best Production Team for a TV Movie or Miniseries features television projects: American Horror Story: A Freak Show. (FX), Fargo (FX), Ordinary Heart (HBO), The Roosevelts: An Intimate History (PBS) and Sherlock (PBS). Best Producer the drama series' team will compete for the award: Breaking Bad (AMC), Downton Abbey (PBS), Game of Thrones (HBO), House of Cards (Netflix) and True Detectives (HBO). Regarding the category "Best Production Team for a Comedy Series"then the following series became competitors in it: "The Big Bang Theory" (CBS), "Louis" (FX), "My American Family" (ABC), "Orange is the New Black" (Netflix) and "VIP" (HBO). Producers Guild Award winners will be named at a ceremony to be held on January 24, 2015 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles.
