Frozen named Best Cartoon of 2013
Winners of the Annie Awards, considered the main professional award for animators, have been announced in the USA. The absolute leader in the number of trophies was the cartoon `` Frozen '', winning in five categories, including `` best full-length cartoon '', `` best director of a full-length cartoon '' (Chris Buck, Jennifer Lee) Best Music, Best Decoration and `` best voiceover ''. Three awards went to the cartoon The Croods - nominations for Best Animated Effects in a Cartoon, Best Animated Character and " Best Animation Project Hero Design ". In the feature movies section, the main prize in the category Best Animated Effects went to the experts of Industrial Light & Magic, who designed the video sequence of the movie Pacific Rim.
