On October 27, 2014, the famous Soviet and USA theater and movie actor Nikolai Karachentsov celebrated his 70th birthday.
The future favorite of millions of viewers was born in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School in 1967 and entered the service at the Lenin Komsomol Theater, in which he later played the main roles in key performances, including the popular musical "Juno and Avos".
Nikolai Karachentsov's debut in the cinema took place in the year he graduated from the studio school, the actor played in the movie "Strokes to a Portrait". All-Union fame brought him his role in the drama "Elder Son".
