TV series Rodina and Roman have been extended for the next seasons
Showtime has announced the renewal of two Sunday TV series - – the spy thriller "Homeland" and the drama "Roman" for the fifth and second seasons, respectively. This was reported by The Hollywood Reporter. The series' extension was logical. Despite the lack of awards and the number of nominations for the 2014 Emmy awards that Rodina had in previous years, the series remains the "flagship" of the Showtime channel. As for the new love drama "Roman", its premiere received flattering criticism, and the series itself consistently gathers about four million viewers per week on various platforms. Both shows will retain the same number of episodes as the current seasons - – Motherland is twelve and Roman is ten. and also serves as a good guide for the successful launch of the new drama "Romance".
