Channel FX has officially announced the closure of detective "The Bridge" after two seasons starring Diane Kruger and Demiane Bishir. The Hollywood Reporter reports this with reference to the cable channel.

Based on the Swedish-Danish show of the same name, the series followed the investigation of two police detectives on both sides of the US-Mexican border. Both seasons received positive criticism, however, FX's "Bridge" faced a problem common to series of this genre - and ndash; the expanding scale of the scenario. Viewership remained small throughout both seasons.

Despite the 2014 Peabody Award, the series was never nominated for an Emmy or " and also commissioned the production of Ryan Murphy's anthology, American Crime Story. In terms of comedies, the channel plans to renew the series "Louis", "Archer" and "Married". Comedy series "Sex, Friends and Rock 'n' Roll" starring Denis Leary, "Comedians" and "Baskets", in which the author and performer of the main role is Zach Galifianakis, are waiting for the premiere hours.
