Warner Bros. Film Studio inspired by the success of The Lego Movie, announced the movieing of a spin-off dedicated to Batman. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
It is noteworthy that the project has become a priority in the studio's plans, and director Chris McKay, who was supposed to be involved in the creation of the sequel, is now considered the director of the spin-off. The exact date of the premiere has not yet been announced, but, most likely, the cartoon will be presented to viewers in 2017, when it was planned to release the second part of "The Lego. Film". The Dark Knight is expected to be voiced again by Will Arnett. It is not yet known whether any of the actors who worked on the original cartoon will return to the project.
Let's remind that "The Lego Movie" was released in February 2014. With a budget of $ 69 million, the tape earned $ 257 million at home, and worldwide grossing exceeded $ 464 million.
