Fantastic project with Keanu Reeves found a new life
The fantasy movie Passengers, in which Keanu Reeves was to play the main role, has found a new life. According to Deadline, Brian Kirk, who previously directed some episodes of Boardwalk Empire, has been appointed director of the movie. The plot will revolve around a spaceship passenger who suddenly wakes from cryogenic sleep 90 years before the end of the flight. Unable to plunge into suspended animation again, and realizing that 90 years alone is not the best fate, the hero wakes up one of the passengers. The script for the movie was prepared by John Spates. Note that for the first time it became known about this project back in 2010, but the production of the picture was postponed indefinitely.
