There may be one main character in the second season of True Detectives (Topic)

For the second season of True Detectives the search is under way for one male lead and several actors and actresses for supporting roles. The Wrap posted such a message on its Twitter page, based on information obtained from an unnamed source from the casting agency.

Earlier, the creator of the show Nick Pizzolatto stated that in the second season of the series three the main characters, and not two, as it was in the first season. Pizzolatto emphasized that these are brand new characters and the casting will begin in June 2014. According to unconfirmed rumors, Brad Pitt and Jessica Chastain appeared among the candidates for participation in the series.
