The house where Bill Murray's character in Groundhog Day stayed is up for sale. This is reported by the resource Curbed.
The building, built in the Victorian style in 1895, is located not in the city of Punxsutawney, where the events of the painting took place, but in Woodstock. The house has eight rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
The current owners claim that the house has undergone major repairs, therefore, despite its venerable age, it is in perfect condition.
The cost of the mansion is 985 thousand dollars. It is noteworthy that in 2008 it was sold for only 435 thousand dollars.
