Hunter has a new director
Just a couple of days after Frank Darabont's resignation from the post of director of the movie "The Hunter", the project has a new director. According to Variety, it will be special effects specialist Cedric Nicholas-Troyan, for whom this picture will be the debut. Nicholas-Troyan seems to be quite a logical candidate, since it was he who oversaw the creation of special effects for the movie "Snow White and the Huntsman". Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron are expected to re-appear in the movie. At the time of this writing, it was also known that the creators of the picture were in talks with Emily Blunt, who was offered the role of the villain. As for the leading role in "Snow White and the Huntsman" Kristen Stewart, then, most likely, after the scandal that accompanied the rental of the movie, she will not participate in the new project. The original movie was released in 2012 and grossed $ 400 million worldwide.
