Amaury Nolasco Returns to Escape Reborn
Amaury Nolasco will reprise his role as Fernando Sucre in the Fox reunited cult TV series Escape, which will begin production in Vancouver in April 2016. The nine-episode television project will feature actors from the original show – Wentworth Miller (Michael Scofield), Dominic Pursell (Lincoln Burrows) and Sarah Wayne Callies (Sara Tancredi). This is reported by the publication Deadline. Recall that the plot of "Escape", broadcast from 2005 to 2009, is Michael (Miller), who is trying to save his innocently convicted brother Lincoln (Pursell) with the help of a cunning plan. In the new chapter of the drama, the action takes place after Michael's apparent death. Sarah (Callis) tries to move on and, together with her new husband (Mark Foyerstin), brings up their son in common with Michael. When it becomes known that Michael may be alive, Sarah and Lincoln set about developing an escape plan like no other in the history of the series. Moritz, Marty Adelstein and Dawn Parose will return to their duties. Scheuring will be the screenwriter and showrunner for the revived project. Nolasco is currently co-starring in the NBC comedy Telenovella.
