Popular Hollywood actor J.K. Simmons will play Commissioner Gordon in Justice League Part 1, produced by Warner Bros. This is reported by the Variety edition.
It is assumed that the shooting of the movie will start in April 2016 with an eye to the premiere on November 17, 2017. Note that Simmons is no stranger to comic book adaptations, having previously played the role of Jonah Jameson in the Spider-Man trilogy created by Sam Raimi.
The plot of the movie was not specified at the time of this writing. Key roles will also be played by Gal Gadot, Amber Heard, Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Jason Momoa, Amy Adams, Ezra Miller, Christina Ren, Ray Fisher.
