According to the plot, 12-year-old Fowl intends to commit his biggest crime - to get the gold that belongs to the fairies. He has to face the most dangerous creatures of his world. It is worth noting that in the series of works Artemis Fowle is more of an antihero than a full-fledged villain, and periodically collaborates with fairy creatures to destroy the plans of supervillains.

Harvey Weinstein agreed to become the producer of the project. The shooting and possible rental schedules have not yet been specified.
