King Kong: Skull Island synopsis presented
Studio Legendary Pictures has clarified the summary of the movie "King Kong: Skull Island", which should kick off a trilogy, in the final part of which two legendary monsters - King Kong and Godzilla - will meet. This is reported by the publication Deadline. The action of the picture will take place in the 70s of the last century. The plot will revolve around the main character (Tom Hiddleston), who organizes an expedition to a mysterious island to find his missing brother and some mysterious substance. During the search, the researchers will face the terrifying world of Skull Island monsters. As expected, Kong himself will not be in the movie. It also became known that the cast was joined by John Goodman, who got the role of a government official accompanying the expedition, as well as Thomas Mann, whose party has not yet been specified. The creators of the picture promised to give answers to many questions asked by fans of the classic movie about King Kong. In particular, viewers should expect an explanation for the presence of a giant gate in the wall that protected the island's aborigines from monsters.
