A leading actor has been found for the Ben Affleck and Matt Damon series
Sean Teale has been cast by Syfy for the lead role in the upcoming spy thriller Incorporated, set in a grim future in which companies wield unlimited power. This is reported by Deadline. Teal ("Reign") will play Ben Larson, the rising star of the Chrysalis mega-corporation, who is determined to climb the rickety, bloodstained ladder of success to find and save his beloved woman. Larson will sweep away anyone who gets in his way. Incorporated, written and directed by David and Alex Pastor, takes place in 2062, at a time when climate change has caused irreparable damage to the planet, ethical borders revised, and American cities are both seductive and terrifying mixtures of luxury and the Middle Ages. The series explores the growing influence of corporations and private interests in Washington, and the slow but sure destruction of the public sector. The series will be produced by CBS Television Studios, Universal Cable Productions and Pearl Street Films, owned by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. Ted Humphrey has been appointed showrunner for the project and will executive produce with Damon, Affleck and Pearl Street Films president Jennifer Todd. For Teal, who began his career in the UK drama Skins, this will be his first major television role. The actor recently starred in the second seasons of the TV series "Kingdom" and "Mr. Selfridge".
