Cast of New Ghostbusters Announced
Director Paul Feig has named the actresses who will star in the movie "Ghostbusters 3." The announcement was posted on the director's official Twitter page. These will be Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones and Keith McKinnon. Feig also announced the date of the movie's premiere. It will be presented to viewers on July 22, 2016. Filming is expected to take place in the summer of 2015 in New York. The original movie, starring Bill Murray, Sigourney Weaver, Dan Aykroyd, Rick Moranis, Harold Ramis, was released in 1984 and was so popular that a sequel was born in 1989. Note that earlier the most active supporter of shooting the third part was Dan Aykroyd, his partner in "Ghostbusters" Bill Murray was always skeptical about the prospects for the continuation. The director of the original movie, Ivan Reitman, left the project in early 2014. According to the director himself, he made this decision after the sudden death of Harold Ramis.
