James Bond will be the hero of the musical
The most famous British intelligence agent MI6, James Bond, will be the hero of the musical. About this with reference to producer Mary Salzman reports resource Playbill. Placeholder Productions, owned by the latter, bought the rights to stage production, based on the works of Ian Fleming. The script for the show with the eloquent title "James Bond: The Musical" will be prepared by writer Dave Clarke, and composer Jay Henry Wise will be responsible for the musical part. Details of the plot have not yet been disclosed, but, according to Merry Saltzman, viewers will be able to see on stage "both the classic opponents of 007, and new ones." Naturally, the musical will not do without the traditional "Bond girl" and no less traditional alcoholic drinks. The terms of work on the project have not yet been specified. Note that Mary Saltzman, daughter of the famous producer Harry Salzman, who participated in the creation of the first James Bond movies. Let's also remind that the next episode of "Bond" entitled "007: Spectrum" will be presented to viewers in November 2015.
