Tom Hardy has dropped out of the movie "Suicide Squad", based on the popular DC Comics comic book series. According to The Wrap, a conflict in movieing schedules is cited as the reason. In the movie, the actor was supposed to play a character named Rick Flagg.

Who will replace Hardy is still unknown, it is only stated that director David Ayer expects to be replaced by Jake Gyllenhaal. Recall that the performers of other roles are Will Smith (Deadshot), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Jared Leto (Joker), Jay Courtney (Boomerang) and Cara Delevingne (Sorceress).

A series of comics "Task Force X", presented in the late 50s of the last century, and later called "Suicide Squad", talked about a team of supervillains, whose members at different times were the most popular antagonists of DC Comics. Instead of their usual fight with superheroes, they agree to carry out deadly tasks of the government, which only they can handle.

Note that if Hardy had remained a member of the project, then for him it would have been the second popular DC Comics hero. He previously played Bane in the Batman movie. Suicide Squad will be unveiled on August 5, 2016.
