Critics of the world's leading movie publishers have crushed the Warcraft movie based on the popular video game series. At the time of this writing, the rating of the picture on the site-aggregator of professional reviews has dropped to 25 percent.

For comparison, the rating of another movie adaptation - "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time", which was presented to viewers in 2010, and was also considered not very successful, was 36 percent at the time. On Metacritic, Warcraft had a 37 percent rating at the time of this writing, with no positive reviews, only negative and mixed reviews.

Viewer rating on IMDb dropped to 8.2 points. The highest ratings for the movie were given by viewers of both sexes under 18 years old - more than nine points. The lowest - just over six points - are viewers over 45. The average score was about eight points.

It should be noted that the rating did not take into account the opinion of American viewers, since in North America "Warcraft" will start much later than in other countries - from June 10, 2016. In USA, the premiere took place on May 25, 2016. Users of the Cinema News portal rated the project at eight points.

The movie stars Travis Fimmel, Ben Foster, Paula Patton, Dominic Cooper, Toby Kebbell, Clancy Brown, Robert Kazinski, Ruth Negga, Callan Mulway, Ben Schnetzer and other actors.
