Men in Black & Macho & Nerdy crossover title announced
Sony Pictures has not abandoned its plans to movie a crossover based on its two popular projects - "Men in Black" and "Macho and Nerd". According to ComicBook, this is evidenced by the official title and logo of the painting, presented at the CinemaCon in Las Vegas. Naturally, nothing is known about the plot of the movie with the tentative title "Men in Black 23" ("MIB 23"). Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill are expected to star in the Macho and the Nerd comedy in the crossover. It is not reported whether any of the participants in the "Men in Black" project will appear in the frame. Most likely, neither Will Smith nor Tommy Lee Jones, who starred in the Men in Black trilogy, will be participating. The director of "Men in Black 23" is James Bobin, who has credited such movies as "The Muppets" and its sequel, as well as "Alice Through the Looking Glass". Filming is expected to start in summer 2016. The possible rental schedule of the project has not been specified at the time of this writing.
