Stark Sands ("Inside Lewin Davis") has been cast as the male lead in the pilot of the television sequel to Steven Spielberg's feature movie Minority Report on Fox. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

Events in the upcoming series take place 10 years after the abolition of the "PreCrime" division. One of the three visionaries, Dash, tries to lead a "normal" human life, however, is still obsessed with visions of the future. He meets a detective, Lara Vega (Megan Goode, Think Like a Man), who is haunted by her past and who may help the seer to use his gift.

Sands will play the twins, Dash and Arthur, brothers with a unique gift of seeing the future and anticipating murder even before it is committed. In the 2002 feature movie, the roles of the twins were played by Michael and Matthew Dickman.

The pilot of the TV project will be played by an actor from the original cast – Daniel London, who will return to his role as Wally's caretaker. Also in the pilot is Lee Jang Lee ("Body Investigation"), and the day before, Laura Regan was approved for the role of the twins' sister, Agatha.

The pilot will be produced by Amblin Television, Paramount Television and 20th Century Fox Television studios ... Max Borenstein ("Godzilla") wrote the script and will executive produce with Justin Falway and Darryl Frank. Kevin Falls ("The West Wing") is appointed showrunner and director - Mark Mylod (Game of Thrones).

Starks has been nominated twice for a Tony Theater Award for his roles in the Broadway productions Journey's End and Kinky Boots. On television, he is known for his roles in the series "The Client Is Always Dead" and the mini-series "Generation Killers".
