Jason Doering cast on The Ancients
"Veronica Mars" star Jason Doering continues his collaboration with The CW. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor has been confirmed for a recurring role in the Vampire Diaries spin-off, The Originals. Doring, who played Logan Eckhalls in the 2014 feature-length sequel, will debut in the premiere episode of the third season of "The Ancients". He will play the role of detective Will Kinney, who is described as an intelligent and fair servant of the law, clearly knowing what is right and what is -; not. He will not back down until evil is called to account before the law. And while Kinney does not know exactly what is happening in New Orleans, he is firmly convinced that something is wrong in the city. Doring's character, Kinney, one of the new heroes coming in Season 3 of The Ancients.
